Scott Reich

Scott is a Principal at the Colorado Impact Fund, an impact-oriented Denver-based venture capital fund that invests in Colorado companies with high-growth, scalable business models and a commitment to making their community better. He joined CIF in 2016 and has focused on investments in the education/workforce development, clean energy, healthcare, and natural foods industries. Prior to moving to Colorado, Scott was an Analyst in the Infrastructure Equity Investment Group at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. He has also worked at Credit Suisse in healthcare investment banking and as an 8th-grade math teacher for District of Columbia Public Schools.

Scott earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Ford Fellow and Palmer Scholar. Originally from Glencoe, IL, Scott now lives in Denver with his wife, Laura, and children, Ellie, Kate, and Ben. He currently sits on the board of the Emily Griffith Foundation and is also part of the leadership team at Minds Matter Colorado (11th Grade Program Director).
