Erica McIntire
SVP, Denver Market Executive, Bank of America

As the Denver Market Executive for Bank of America, Erica McIntire supports the local market goals of connecting businesses, families, and individuals to the banking and investment teams that will help improve their financial lives.

She is responsible for developing community partnerships, sponsorships, and philanthropy in the Denver Market and across the Colorado footprint as well as the development and execution of the market plan, designed to drive responsible growth, employee engagement, and corporate reputation.

McIntire shaped her career in financial services through leadership roles at Vectra Bank Colorado as their marketing communications director for 1 5 years, and at US Bank as the mid-west corporate sponsorship manager. Prior to those roles, she cultivated relationships with government, corporate, and private foundations while providing program management and technical assistance in positions in the Denver Public School District Department of Community Education and in the Community Partnership Office in the Colorado Department of Local Affairs. Both her bachelor's and master's degrees are in Anthropology, and, yes, she believes she utilizes those skills every day.

McIntire currently serves on the boards of B:Civic, Emily Griffith Foundation, and Enterprise Community Partners, on committees for Prosper Colorado, Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, and Bank On Denver, and is proud to have completed a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility. She is also a certified CASA volunteer since 201 5 and is now a mentor in their Youth Alliance Initiative program. She lives in Littleton with her husband Tavi, son Eli, two cats, one bernedoodle, and Spike the crested gecko.
